Evaluation reports/papers of chronic disease prevention and control programs/interventions targeted to immigrants and ethnocultural groups are being requested to contribute to the Canadian Public Health Agency, Chronic Disease and Prevention Best Practices Portal. Published as well as unpublished evaluations of both Canadian and international programs are welcome. Programs that may influence chronic disease are also of interest.
